7 º Singing Competition Latin American folk Guitar Black

is open to all aged 15, non-professional artists without distinction of nationality, sex, etc.

The Qualification Commission may with good reason, recognized as a professional who, without being edited, are considered as such.
1) It will compete in three categories:
SOLO, DUO, GROUP

4) is considered to solo vocalist with a companion.
5) duo who are considered two voices blend and can have up to a sideman.
6) is considered an integration of all six artists who interpret the themes aligning three or more voices.
7) Participants must submit a list of five topics, which run one of your choice and one selected by the Jury.
8) The subject must conform to the repertoire of Latin American folklore, regarded as an important part of the Creole culture and framework of integration of our peoples.
9) everything is weighted solely on vocal performance regardless of the performance of the accompaniments, without limitation as to the type of instruments used.
10) The members of the Qualification Commission of Competition are renowned performers, and weighted each one of the following:
Tuning, presence, originality, communication and interpretation (or overview).
The classification stage is carried out within the 86th week Criolla del Prado, 17 to April 24, 2011 exclusively with artists inside the country, in accordance with the Municipalities and the MEC Centers .

The metropolitan rankings will be in each department.
In Montevideo, there will be departmental qualifying events in the months from May to September 2011, in locations throughout the city.
The semifinals will be held in October in Zitarrosa room, only the selected artists participating in the qualifying.
The finals will be held in November 2011.
At the end of the contest, the Qualification Commission published the list of winners (first and second prize) Black Guitar 2011 in all three categories.
The decision is final.
